As you already know we are living in the times of the Great economical crisis.

The rule of Kingdoms are becoming unstable and the control over their lands is getting weaker and weaker with each passing day due to lack of financial support from their lands and colonies. The latest geological research of the desert - a richest area in the region supported this claim. It clearly showed a massive drop in production of gold.
Another blow on the industry was delivered by the Ruby mines, where the usual flow of iron ore was reduced to a minimum. Now blacksmiths who used to be so famous among skilled warriors are cutting back on quality of the metal, as a result forging less durable blades and armors and the market prises for the quality gear have gone up to unbelievable heights.
It seems that even the Fertility Goddess herself have turned away from the lands and farmers - dry weather, no good crops or cattle breeding. Seeing this food and crop crises the ruler of Enigmatic Kingdom has ordered to stock up with needed resources in its capital Arkijah Town, leaving more then half of its inhabitants to starvation. The town's barns were full, however the misfortune still got its way and streets were flooded with crawling mice and rats destroying almost all stocks.

According to the court servants the Kings from all Kingdoms and Realms are acting strange. There is a rumor going around that rulers of Kingdoms were possessed by evil spirits which are controlling their minds and were feasting on their souls. Indescribable outbursts of anger and cruelty were the first symptoms of their madness. Suspicion of everything and everyone brought daily executions of advisers, royal guards and other court staff until all of the faithful servants were killed or fled from their side. Their fates are uncertain, some say Kings were locked to die in their chambers where their souls were slowly devoured by the spirits, others say that kings are long dead and that some one from counselors have taken over the thrown.

It seams that soon the power of Kingdoms will not be there to support an order and peace of the land and something should be done to prevent the destruction of borders. The time is right to start the military campaign against the Kingdoms! Clans have grown powerful enough to take on a Realm in the siege by joining forced and creating an alliance. We have royal generals that have survived King's madness and will gladly explain to us the strategy of sieging the Kingdom. Together we will be able to take over Kingdoms and restore peace and order in Realms.

At last we have something more substantial then a rumor regarding current situation! Report of the general.

Basics:
* Battles for Kingdoms and Realms will be happening every day (7 days a week, 7 protectors - you can see a daily schedule on the Land Control Status page, times of sieges will be announced later).
* In order to take part in the battle a clan leader, whose clan is in alliance, must declare it by the Herald at the Kingdoms capital. The price for declaration is unknown.
* If there will be no applications from clans by the time of the siege, it will be canceled.
* During the siege time it is allowed for participants to attack each other inside the sieged area of the Kingdom - alliance members, that are taking part in the battle with the Private or higher rank in clan; outlaws can also be attacked. Please keep in mind that you can be attacked in safe zones except Star and Bank.
* Four Guard Towers will appear at the beginning of the siege in the capital of the Kingdom or Realm with 10 minutes respawn time. They can be destroyed only by the attacker side.
* After death attackers that were set born in the besieged capital of the Kingdom or a Realm will be reborn outside of its borders.

Siege of a free territory:
* The battle lasts for 60 minutes.
* In order to gain control over the Kingdom, alliance needs to destroy more Guard Towers then anyone els (minimum 1). By the equal amount of destroyed towers, the winner is the alliance, which was the 1st in destroying one.

Siege of an occupied territory:
* The battle lasts 60 minutes or till the victory of the attackers.
* The siege is over if all 4 Guard Towers will fall and the new ones will not have time to respawn, so the task of defenders - owners of the Kingdom, try to keep at list one tower standing for 60 minutes.
* In order to get control over the territory, alliance need to destroy more towers then anyone els before there will be no tower standing (in the event of equal towers destroyed wins alliance which destroyed the tower earlier).

Clan and religion experience:
* Participants will gain or loose clan and religion experience according to the normal rules.

Revenues from defending:
* 50% of all combined revenues from the regions, that are located on the Kingdom territory are going to the clans - members of the alliance. This way 50% of all bonuses of taxable operations in this Kingdom will go to the clan - owner of that territory and in other 50% any of the alliance-protector's clan.

I dont understand how u even bother writing the *censored* rules about some *censored* kingdom siege *censored* when u messed up old siege system on normal lands ... I been asking EVERY1 including you about how to set a freaking siege and it amazes me how NONE of u knows how the new system works. And no i am not sorry for my language cuz i have had *censored* enough of mental people making changes without explaining the new rules :!:

This is only for the kingdoms you talk to the new quest mob Herald (above star in ark and other places). The old system should be the same.

I will try to explain it.

There is a schedule for attacking Kingdoms.

Domain: Mirror Realm.
Controlled by: None.
Income: 0 gold, 0 platinum.
Time of Battle: Monday.

Underground Town - is a capital of the Mirror Realm.
Underground Lake
Dragons Cave
...

It is not possible to declare a siege on the land that is a part of the Realm or Kingdom that will be attacked on the same day. It should be for one hour period only, but we do not have a set time for the Kingdom/Realm sieges.

Ah so the new system is messing with the old one because there aren't set times for the kingdoms.

The 1st Ream has fallen under the siege of the Syndicate there is the image of the 1st tower that was destroyed by them.
